Serving the Central New York region, we are both NYS Licensed inspectors working together to give you a more thorough inspection. Jim Sheets
Jim has been a self employed skilled craftsman in the home building community for more than thirty-five years. He has always enjoyed meeting and helping new people throughout Upstate, NY. Jim is happy to share his knowledge gained throughout the years, to ensure a thorough inspection as you move forward on the path to purchasing your new home.
Ryan Sheets
Ryan has been surrounded by the home building community his entire life. As a fourth generation craftsman, he found his true passion while attending home inspection education courses. Ryan is always willing to go the extra mile and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. His keen attention to detail greatly contributes to the overall quality of the team's final report.
